Big, little, thin fat, black, red, brown or even blue:  Dogs come in all shapes, sizes and colors.  Each are unique and have their own personality, but have ou ever wondered about your pet's breed mix?  Until now it's been a guessing game for most mix breed owners: "Umm we think he's part Lab and part Collie...maybe a little terrier mix?"  If you are curious about your pet's "roots", you're in luck.  DNA testing can help you pinpoint your dogs specific breed mix.

You may be wondering why this is even important.  Well knowing your dogs breed(s) has many advantages:

1.  Certain breeds are prone to particular health problems.  Knowing this in advance can help diagnose your pooch.
2.  Some breeds have more aggressive/dominant behaviors than others.  Being conscious of this can help you watch out for destructive pattern patterns before they get out of control.
3.  Knowing the breed mix will give you an idea on their expected lifespan.
